Don’t be moody. Have a hoodie!

Winter is well on its way in our little country with temperatures dropping dangerously low affecting everyone’s mood. In true Dutch fashion, with cold weather comes a lot of complaining about how I had to put on three layers of socks, two shirts, a sweater, dust off that extra thick winter coat, preheat the car, wrap that smelly scarf around my face and with great difficulty put on my winter hat and  DAMN IT’S STILL COLD HERE I WISH IT WAS SUMMER ALREADY!

Though we feel like there’s a new ice age going on in The Netherlands, things are going to get a lot colder for our Packers judging by the current weather report of glorious Jönköping (how do you even pronounce that?). By the time we arrive at our destination, the temperature will be below freezing point. Of course this would be the perfect occasion to make homemade popsicles (in Sweden, so not really homemade). Just make sure you’re well equipped to handle the cold, otherwise you might end up as a human popsicle.
