Some people are asking us what they need to pack for an event like DreamHack Summer 2010. So we created a nice list so you’re sure you have everything you need!

First off, The list:

4x pants
5x underwear
5x shirts
5x socks
2x towels
1x toilet bag (showergel, toothpaste, toothbrush etc.)
1x laptop + anti-theft cable / pc + monitor
1x lan kabel
1x mouse
1x mousemat
1x airbed + pump (on batteries if possible)
1x pilow
1x multiple socket
1x telephone charger
1x camera + charger
1x all cables needed for your setup to work (power/data/video cables)
1x headset (very important)
1x passport & official papers
1x about 500 to 1000 swedish krones. (these you can get in Sweden at the cash dispenser).

This is basicly the list you’ll need, for some people special things apply, such as medicines, but this should be about it. Some important things that are handy: a nice shirt / pants combination for clubbing (we every year visit a club in Jönköping). If you bring a laptop be SURE to bring an anti-theft cable. Also, bring your installation CD’s. You don’t want to have to reinstall and don’t have the measures to do so. Also, if you still have them, put your computer in it’s cartboard box. It handles better in the luggage department :).

We hate hard suitcases. We love sporting bags.

Don’t bring:
– Drugs
– Alcohol
– Sleepingbag
– Hoodie (you’ll get one)
