Today we are releasing the first Qualifier game for Intel Pack4DreamHack Winter 2010. After doing Counter Strike 1.6 for the past two editions we are now going with another high tier e-sports game.
A game that hasn’t been around for that long, but really has the e-sports world scrambling all around the world. Korea, USA or Europe, it doesn’t matter where you are, StarCraft 2 is the next big e-sports game we know.

So DreamHack, and Intel Pack4DreamHack can’t stay behind and we will organize a qualifier for the StarCraft 2 1on1 Main tournament at DreamHack Winter 2010.

This means you’ll be seeded directly in the main tournament and you don’t have to fight your way through the BYOC competition!

In total we have three StarCraft 2 spots to give away in our benelux competitions! The first one we’ll be giving away by a tournament from Gamelux/ESL. ESL will organize 8 online cups, of which the winners will face off in a final cup. The top 4 players of that cup will be invited to the Intel ESL booth on the HCC in the Netherland in the beginning of November!

There they will put their macro and micro to the test, to see whom will win that trip to DreamHack Winter 2010!
